Double Tanged Non-Asbestos Beater Sheet
Double Tanged Non-Asbestos Beater Sheet is a 100% non-asbestos and solvent-free fiber composite gasket material which is composed of organic fibers including cellulose, non-asbestos mineral fibers, nitrile butadiene rubber binder, mixed fillers and functional additives through a Fourdrinier papermaking (i.e., beater addition) process. It exhibits high compressibility, excellent crush resistance and interface sealability, and is recommended for sealing oil, fuel and water, especially in applications such as small engines, and pumps with intermittent maximum temperatures up to 350℃.
Our product thickness ranges from 0.20mm to 1.60mm, supplying by roll type. The biggest roll width is 1.30m, the specific width and length can provided by customer’s demand.
